About Me
Hi I’m Josh, and I’m a Wedding and Portrait photographer in Houston, Texas. I know what it’s like to plan a wedding and hire a photographer— I booked our photographer for my own wedding (shocking, I know!). I also know that the planning process itself can be stressful, and that it can often carry over to your actual wedding day. That’s why it’s my mission to provide a stress-free photography experience on your wedding day. By the time that day rolls around, you’ll have put in countless hours planning and coordinating every last beautiful detail, so I want to capture your vision the way you intended it to be so it can live on forever. FAQ’S
How far in advance should we book you?
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, regardless of your time frame.
What are your prices like?
Most Clients typically spend around $3,000. You can view my full package list HERE.
How long will it take to see our pictures?
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you'll be able to view your finished photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. I like to send a sneak peek of 10-15 images in the first week to share while you're on your honeymoon too, because I know you'll be itching to see them!
Do you work with other photographers?
I offer second photographer with most of my packages to help me capture the most out of your wedding day. However, I will be the sole primary photographer on your wedding day.
Do you also offer video services?
I prefer focusing on photography only, so I can give you the best wedding pictures possible. However, I have a network of talented videographers that I often work with that I'd be happy to recommend.
Will you edit all our pictures?
Yes, sort of. I won't deliver every single image on my camera, only the best ones, which is still a lot! Blurry, blinking, sneezing, throw away pics will be rejected. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful, and consistent with my style. Just like restaurants don't sell customers their scraps, I don't provide unusable or redundant, raw photos. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
How many pictures can we expect to get?
You can expect about 400-700 images in a final gallery on average, but keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors throughout the day.
What happens if you can't shoot our wedding?
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I've never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I'm unable to photograph your wedding, I'll coordinate with one of my trusted colleagues or my contracted second shooter, to ensure you have the perfect replacement.
